This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy free wifi, 24-hour reception, and a nice indoor pool. The friendly staff helped me with local spots during my first stay. I’ll be back for Christmas!

The location was ideal, and the friendly staff made a positive impression. the room left much to be desired. I encountered unclean floors, stained bedding, and an overall musty smell that was quite off-putting. It feels like this place needs serious attention to cleanliness and maintenance.

We had an erg leuk stay here. De kamer was ruim and netjes, perfect for onze needs. Echt, the staff was vriendelijk and always ready to help with wat we needed. Only klein dingetje, the Wi-Fi was a bit on the trage side, not altijd great for browsing or streaming. Maar overall, we zijn very blij with our experience.

Had a decent time, but the room was dirty and riddled with bugs. On the bright side, the indoor pool was warm and heaps of fun for the kids!

Request extra towels upon check-in to avoid hassle later. they can be scarce at times.

However, I wished there were more options. The dining area felt a bit cramped during peak hours. Unfortunately, the check-in process was a bit frustrating. our key cards didn't work multiple times. I also noticed some dirty spots on the floors that could use more attention. Despite some minor inconveniences, the friendly staff made a difference during our stay. Overall, I would say it met most of our needs and provided a good value for the price.

Cleaning standards were notably poor, with parts of the rooms lacking proper care and maintenance issues affecting our comfort.

During our stay at Howard Johnson, the friendly atmosphere and spacious room enhanced our experience. Although the bathroom cleanliness could improve, the local attractions made our visit enjoyable, particularly for my daughter. The overall ambiance complemented our family's exploration of Pigeon Forge.

We had an amazing time with the kids at the outdoor pool! 😍 It was huge and fun! The only downside was the breakfast selection; a few healthier options would’ve made it perfect.

The indoor pool was a real highlight, kept clean and warm, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast included some cute teddy bear shaped waffles that my kids absolutely loved! The staff was very friendly and welcoming during check-in, making us feel right at home.

One minor detail was that some amenities could use a bit more attention.
